TechQual+ Presentation Accepted for Educause 2007

(June 15, 2007) A regular session presentation on the Higher Education TechQual+ Project has been accepted at the national Educause 2007 conference.  The session is entitled "Service Quality Assessments with Higher Education TechQual+" and is schedule for Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at 2:15pm in Willow B (2nd Floor) of the Sheraton Hotel.  Co-presenters include Timothy Chester, CIO at Pepperdine University, Fredrick Miller, Assoc. Vice President for Information Technology at Illinois Wesleyan University, and Dennis Trinkle, CIO at Valparaiso University. 

The abstract is as follows:

"The Higher Education TechQual+ Project is a nationwide effort to develop a standardized approach to outcomes-based, service-quality assessments. The instrument is delivered through the Web, shielding participants from the complexities of survey research. The presentation will cover project history, the instrument, and assessment and reporting functionality, as well as case studies of its use at several institutions."
