Service Quality Assessments With Higher Education TechQual+ (Project Orientation)
(August 12, 2008) A Web seminar was provided for new project participants regarding the vision and strategy of the
Higher Education TechQual+ Project. This session provides information on the inspirations and origins of the project, key project
components, a demonstration of the tools provided by the project web site, and a case study covering the use of Higher Education
TechQual+ Assessments at Pepperdine University. This session lasts approximately 70 minutes.
